Gee Jay Floors had been providing expert floor sanding and polishing to the Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne since 1984. We use the latest dust-free machines and the best quality products to ensure the best possible finish. We take pride in our work to ensure you, the customer, are completely satisfied and happy with the service we provide. We started off with contracts to the Ministry of Housing, sanding and polishing timber floors for their residential properties in the North-Western suburbs up until 1992. In mid 1992, we moved in to the private residential sector at which time we also acquired commercial jobs, halls and kindergartens with the Moreland as well as the Wyndham City Councils. We have also done restoration works for Heritage Victoria listed properties, such as the Collingwood Library.
No one can guarantee a completely dust-free finish. It is for this reason at Gee Jay Floors that we use the best dust extraction machines possible. Our belt sanding machines are made by KUNZLE & TASIN and our edge sanding machines are made by CLARKE AMERICAN SANDERS. KUNZLE & TASIN and CLARKE AMERICAN SANDERS' machines are of the highest quality. With over 160 years of pioneering and engineering between them in the industry, they've been supplying the floor sanders with known quality machines for many generations. Their dust extractions and richness in horsepower are why we have equipped ourselves with these machines.
We here at Gee Jay Floors are insured for up to twenty million dollars in public liability insurance should the unfortunate occur.
